Privacy Policy

Just Say It! is made by skoroapps s.r.o. (Slovakia). The short version: we collect nothing. Everything you write stays on your iPhone and is never sent to anyone — not to the people you write to, not to us, not to anyone.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking. We never receive your messages, contacts, photos, videos, voice recordings or any other content.

What stays on your device

The contacts you create (name, color, optional photo), your messages, the photos, videos and voice messages you add, and your settings are stored only in the app’s private storage on your iPhone.

This data is excluded from iCloud and device backups, so it is not copied anywhere. Deleting a chat, using Burn, or deleting the app removes it permanently. We cannot recover it.

Network access

The app does not connect to the internet. The only exception is an optional tip: if you choose to leave one, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only Apple’s standard anonymous sales reports and never learn who you are. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the purchase. Tips never touch your chats.

Permissions

Face ID / Touch ID (optional) — handled by iOS. The app only learns whether unlocking succeeded.
Microphone — used only while you record a voice message. Recordings are saved only on your device.
Photos — you pick photos and videos with the system picker, so the app sees only what you choose. An exported chat image is saved to your library only when you tap Save Image.
Contacts — “Copy from Contacts” uses the system contact picker. The app receives only the name and photo of the contact you pick, and nothing links back to your address book.

PIN and security

Your PIN is never stored. Only a salted hash is kept in this device’s Keychain, and it is never synced. After 5 wrong attempts, all data in the app is erased.

Exported images

If you export a chat as an image, it is created on your device and marked as a fictional conversation. Where it goes next is up to you.

Children

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete — you control everything on your device. If you email us, we use your address only to reply and delete our correspondence on request.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
